A comprehensive approach to saving more structure and contents in addition to reduced drying time and the a significant reduction in the cost of claims is our process called “Rapid Structural Drying.” Response time is critical when water damage occurs: starting within minutes of the loss to the point that within days mold and other bacterial organisms start to grow. The loss can quickly escalate into a major reconstruction project. Understanding the dynamics of how water can infiltrate structures and contents and then how to deal with that with today’s equipment and monitoring devices is what makes the end drying results successful.
