I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Rainbow Restoration. After discovering that my refrigerator water line had been leaking inside the walls and between the floors all the way down to my basement, I submitted an insurance claim around 9:30 PM on a Friday night. Within 15 minutes, Rainbow called me to assist—absolutely incredible responsiveness. While my situation didn’t require an emergency response, they still scheduled me right away for Monday, walked me through exactly what to do in the meantime, and made me feel supported every step of the way. They showed up on time, called ahead, explained everything clearly, and began mitigating immediately. Taylor was especially outstanding—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He kept me informed, shared who on the Rainbow team would be leading my job, and ensured the communication stayed consistent and prompt. As someone who regularly refers business to reputable service companies, I can confidently say Rainbow Restoration has earned a spot at the top of my list. If you ever need their services, you will be in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

We had an unexpected water damage issue in our home, and the customer service we received was outstanding from start to finish. The team was responsive, prompt, courteous, professional and incredibly reassuring in a stressful time. The team of Donnie, Trent, Yianni, Tyler and Taylor explained the process every step of the way. They treated our home with care and respect. Rainbow’s team provided prompt, positive communication throughout the process of our asbestos abatement. They prepared a clean and safe work space and the work was done on time and thoroughly. Camden, Donnie, and Nick were all excellent and a pleasure to work with!

Everyone at Rainbow Company is very professional but with a personal touch and care for our situation. They're always available for any questions about this process. They take into account my personal situation that's happening while they get the job done. I'm personally taking care of my husband who is in hospice care here at home where the issues are. They've made sure to work around my schedule and offered emotional support while doing their jobs. I feel lucky to be working with them. Their staff are all friendly and hard working. It's made this tragedy of having to fix an entire floor of my home easier to handle I highly recommend them and their teams for any jobs you may have. Very professional, listened to and did what I asked with no question. While professional they also were very personable. They executed their job with speed and efficiency, while being careful of our items and our house. I would definitely not think twice about using this crew and company again. The crew that packed up our kitchen was also extremely efficient and treated our items with care.

I had a pipe in my basement spring a leak and flooded my whole space! There was mold and soaking wet carpet. It was a mess! I called Rainbow And even though it was weekend, they were there! They had to pack out, and gut my whole basement, dry it and treat it for mold. They did an amazing job! Furthermore, once they completed the teardown, they cleaned up all the dust and mess, so the contractor could come in and easily start the rebuild. They were very pleasant to work with and were incredibly responsive to my questions and calls. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I will definitely use Rainbow once more. Update - Robert spent the morning bringing back all my contents. He was AMAZING!! Thanks so much!!

Very pleased with the Rainbow team of hard workers; Najee, Taylor Robert and Dalton. They worked well together to get the job done. My husband and I enjoyed having them in our home.

Camden and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish!! At the end of day 1, I walked in the yard and there was nothing laying around. Day 2, same thing. The crew was very respectful and polite. Everything was cleaned up in “this is what I want my house to look like after a contractor leaves,” experience. I would recommend Camden and his crew.
